Yes. GanttOWN is a native desktop Gantt chart app that works completely offline once installed. Your project files are saved locally — no cloud sync, no account required after activation.

What does "one-time purchase" mean exactly?

You pay once and own the software. There are no monthly fees or renewal charges. Solo includes 12 months of updates. Team and Business receive all future feature updates as they're released — no additional cost.

Can my team collaborate on the same file?

Yes. Save your .gantt file to a shared network drive, SharePoint, or OneDrive. Team members open it directly — no server setup required. File locking prevents simultaneous edits.

What's the difference between the tiers?

The tiers differ in both team size and collaboration features. Solo supports up to 5 members and is ideal for individual PMs. Team (up to 20) and Business (up to 150) unlock the full collaboration suite — PM and member roles with separate passwords, member inboxes, date change request and approval workflows, PM-to-member messaging, project log, and a full audit trail.
